WCVB Wins National Award
Monday, June 18th, 2007WCVB-TV, Newscenter 5, has won a national Edward R. Murrow award for its outstanding Spot News Coverage of the May Floods of 2006 on the North Shore. This is the first national Edward R. Murrow award since 1997.

Monday, June 4th, 2007WCVB-TV announced a partnership with YouTube today. Newscenter 5′s parent company, Hearst-Argyle says that four of its local stations around the nation will have their own YouTube channels, where news stories, weather and special programming will be posted. Kasey Kaufman Leaves WBZ
